in'spire'ing

groooooan, i know. i know.
raleigh's had a gap-toothed skyline for over a decade with two not-so-sky-scraping office buildings anchoring opposite ends of fayetteville street. but within the last year that's changed with the addition of the rbc plaza. now the city's tallest building, at a modest 33 stories, climbs even higher as workers attach a 60-f00t steel spire to it putting it at 538 feet.
check out the time lapse by travis long here.
