though the serendipity of relinquishing megapixel quality control is one of the major reasons for shooting with my mobile, i do tend to shoot more b&w though the default on the phone is colour. mainly because the one last nugget of stubborness doesn't want to relinquish all control, and b&w makes for a better toned file out of camera. but every now and then some scenes just work better in colour.
